Previewing message text When you start getting lots of e-mail, some of it will be important, but some of it will be relatively unimportant — if not downright useless. When you first see the mail in your Inbox, it’s nice to know which messages are important and which are not so that you can focus on the important stuff.

Just click the Contacts icon in the Navigation pane and double-click the name of one of your Contact groups (the entries that show a little two-headed icon to the right of their names).
